Our mission is simply: to be the world’s best at helping our clients achieve success through people.

Ubuntu: Is an African word – Umntu ngumntu ngabantu – which means ‘a person is a person through their relationship with others’. The word uBuntu is summed up in the values of kindness, humility and respect for every human being.  It’s about co-operation and a sense of connectedness to our Universe and to each other.  Khatala exists because of the relationship we have with our candidates, clients and colleagues.  Without which we would cease to exist and progress in business.  We are unapologetic for and uncompromising on the principles of human dignity and respect that we manage our business on. We will not sacrifice the labour rights of any candidate nor tolerate any client in partnership with us doing so.
