German speaking customer service representatives

Demonstrate excellence in customer service and sales by achieving specified performance standards in the handling of events that include, but are not limited to telephone calls, faxes and emails.  Contribute to the continuous improvement of contact centre operations and support.


  • Fluent German speakers with English as a second language,
  • 2 years customer service or call centre experience required,
  • Typing skills (40 wpm)
  • Computer literate
  • Available to work shifts including night shift,
  • Positive attitude,
  • Enthusiastic and confident telephone manner,
  • Self-motivated and able to use your initiative,
  • Excellent team player,
  • Ability to resolve customer complaints,
  • Methodical decision maker.
