  • Matric / Equivalent,
  • 1-2 years International Quality Analysts experience within a Call Centre essential.
  • Exceptional English oral and business written skills essential,
  • Ability to meet strict deadlines,
  • Computer literacy,
  • Clear Credit & Criminal Record,
  • Clear understanding of Quality Strategies & Metrics
